Benefits Of Having A Nice Lawn

By Allyn Paul, filed under Life & Lawns.

I talk a lot about how to have a nice lawn at your house, but rarely do I give you the true reasons why. Seriously guys, if you have a nice lawn, there are a million benefits you never see, and here are just a few.

Nice Lawns Mean Nice People

Yep, you guessed it, people who have nice lawns are genuinely nice folks. I mean, anyone who loves the green just can’t be mean right? Of course I am kidding, but I will tell you that it is much easier to share some iced tea with your neighbor buddies if your grass is green and thick. It’s a conversation starter.

A Nice Lawn Shows You Care

This one is really true. If your lawn is well manicured, green and thick, it makes sense that you care about your property value. In addition, you care about property values in the neighborhood in general. Being a “pretty” part of the neighborhood means you care, and that is important.

A Nice Lawn Make People Jealous

I can tell you that if your lawn is thick, healthy and green, your neighbors are talking about you. And when I say that, I mean in a good way. They are wondering what you do and how you do it. They fight their lawn, you love yours and that makes you cool in the ‘hood for sure!

So have I convinced you to have a nice lawn? If so, follow the lawn care tips I provide here and make your way to the top starting this weekend.
